2020 Daventry Town Super 6’s Football Tournament

It is will must sadness that, due to COVid-19, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone the 11th ANNUAL TOURNAMENT until next year.

We hope to announce the dates for next years tournament and also to announce two NEW 6-asides tournaments including Mens, u35s, u45s, walking football, disabled, a Ladies / Girls only event and much much more.

So, on behalf of the club we would like to invite your club / team to join us for a fun filled weekend of football and activities for all the family Next Year.

As Crouchie would say, we will be back, bigger and stronger. Until then STAY SAFE.

U7’s, must be 6 years of age on the 29th August 2020, and this will be “fair play” with a memento to all participants.

U7-U8s will be 5 aside to comply with FA Regulations. All other age groups will be 6 aside. Teams can name up to 10 players to play on the day.

U8-U11s will be competitive and there will be a fair play memento to for all U8 and U9 participants.

Girls U9/10, U11/12 & U13/14 As two age groups are merged for this section, only girls of these age groups can play in the teams. For example, an u8s girl cannot play in the U9/10 as she could face u10s girls.

We request that all clubs and teams respect the FA Youth Review Guidelines which can be found on the Northamptonshire FA website here

This event is extremely popular so places are limited and we recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. Your entry will only be accepted on receipt of a completed application form with your FA affiliation number and full payment. Teams withdrawing 4 weeks prior to the tournament will forfeit their entrance fee.

Team entry fees are £25 per team

As this is our 11th year anniversary of the Super Sixes, we want to make this the best one ever. We are therefore offering you £5 off next year’s entry price if you recommend a team to enter the tournament. The team you recommend need to copy you in on the email they send to us or to mention you by name on their entry form. We will then give you a code worth £5 off your team’s entry for next year’s tournament, once their application and payment have been made and they have been accepted. They will also need to participate in this year’s tournament. You will get a voucher for each team you recommend up to the value of your team’s entry next year.

At any stage, if you enter 4 teams then you can enter an addition team for FREE, or if you enter 8 teams, you can enter 2 additional teams for FREE. Teams must be entered at the same time.

All entries must be received no later than 5th September 2020.
